Gaia Los Angeles Return Policy
We want to provide our customers with the finest experience we can offer. Therefore, our customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions they have before making their purchases.
Customers will have 14 days upon receipt of the order to process returns on selected items for a refund. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Any tags, stickers, pouches, and/or jewelry boxes must be included. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to process returns on any piercing jewelry. In order to continuously provide our customers with the highest quality (and hygienic) jewelry, we are unable to process returns on these items. Please refer to our size chart for information on common piercing sizes. We always highly recommend you contact your piercer if you are not sure about your current piercing sizes.
Additionally, we are unable to make exchanges at this time. Please return your item and make a separate purchase if you are wish to buy a different item.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment within 1 week of receiving the return.
