Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders.
Once your jewelry is processed and ready, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order ships.
Tracking my package
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update.
If your tracking status says your package was delivered, but you have not received your package, please reach out to our Gaia team at master@gaia-la.com. We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse. However, we will try our best to assist you in the process of locating the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to provide our customers with the finest experience we can offer. Therefore, our customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions they have before making their purchases.
Customers will have 14 days upon receipt of the order to process returns on selected items for a refund. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Any tags, stickers, pouches, and/or jewelry boxes must be included. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to process returns on any piercing jewelry. In order to continuously provide our customers with the highest quality (and hygienic) jewelry, we are unable to process returns on these items. Please refer to our size chart for information on common piercing sizes. We always highly recommend you contact your piercer if you are not sure about your current piercing sizes.
Additionally, we are unable to make exchanges at this time. Please return your item and make a separate purchase if you are wish to buy a different item.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment within 1 week of receiving the return.
