Customers will have 14 days upon receipt of the order to process returns on selected items for a refund. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Any tags, stickers, pouches, and/or jewelry boxes must be included. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to process returns on piercing jewelry. In order to continuously provide our customers with the highest quality (and hygienic) jewelry, we are unable to process returns on these items.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment within 1 week of receiving the return.
